What Is the Air Race Classic?
The ARC is a transcontinental air race exclusively for female pilots, designed to promote and celebrate women in aviation. Each year, teams of at least two women compete over a route that spans approximately 2,400 statute miles, with the course changing annually. Pilots fly under visual flight rules (VFR) during daylight hours and must complete all checkpoints within four days.
It’s not just about speed — strategy, teamwork, and precise flying are what really count.

The 48th Annual Air Race Classic will take place June 17–20, 2025.
